Accommodation and meals:
The accommodation costs shall be borne by the participants. The costs of meals (lunch and dinner) shall be covered by the National Centre.
Please book the accommodation yourselves. All bookings in the Hotel Olšanka are to be received before 3 October 2011; after this date, we cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms in the hotel. By booking please indicate the name of the conference Life in the Community.

How to get to the venue:
By train – Take a tram (route 5, 9 or 26) from the Prague Main Railway Station (Praha hlavní nádraží) to the "Olšanské náměstí" stop.
By underground – Take the underground “A“ Line to the "Flora" station. From there, take a bus (route 136 or 175), or a tram (route 5) to the “Olšanské náměstí“ stop.
By bus – Take a bus (route 175) from the central bus station Florenc (“Autobusové nádraží Florenc“) to the “Olšanské náměstí“ stop.
By tram – Take a tram (route 5, 9 or 26) to the "Olšanské náměstí" stop.
By air – Take a bus (route 119) from Prague Ruzyně airport to the "Dejvická" stop. Change for the underground “A“ Line to the "Flora" station. From there, take a bus (route 136 or 175), or a tram (route 5) to the “Olšanské náměstí“ stop.
Parking:
You can park your passenger car in the underground garages of the hotel. The price per car/day is CZK 300. Please book the parking lot when booking your hotel room.
You can register by filling out an application at the latest by 23 October 2011
